Welcome to Astrap Sales™. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Terms

By using our website, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

Astrap Sales™ reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline an order.

• Cancel an order where necessary.

• Correct pricing, product, description, or availability errors.

• Update these Terms of Service at any time.

2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurately.

However, minor differences in color, appearance, packaging, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturer updates, or packaging changes.

3. Orders & Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or other available communication channels.

Astrap Sales™ may contact you to verify your order, delivery address, or contact details before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order if:

• The provided information is incorrect or incomplete.

• The product is unavailable.

• The order appears fraudulent or suspicious.

• The customer cannot be reached for confirmation.

• There is a pricing or technical error.

4. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer agrees to accept the parcel at the provided delivery address.

Customers are requested not to place an order if they are unwilling or unable to receive the parcel.

If a customer refuses or cancels an order after dispatch, applicable shipping and RTO charges may apply according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Partial COD Orders

For Partial COD orders, the customer may be required to pay an advance amount before dispatch.

The applicable advance amount and remaining COD amount will be communicated during the order process.

The advance/partial payment may be non-refundable if the customer cancels, refuses, or fails to accept the parcel, subject to applicable law and our refund policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, destination, weather, holidays, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information may be provided through WhatsApp after dispatch.

We may also provide a parcel photo and packing video for transparency and order verification.

7. Returns & Replacement

Astrap Sales™ follows a replacement-first policy.

There is no general return facility for change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or similar reasons.

Returns/replacements may be considered only for eligible cases such as:

• Defective product

• Missing item

• Damaged product, where applicable

Claims are subject to verification.

If a return is approved, the customer may be required to send the product to our designated return address at their own expense.

If Astrap Sales™ arranges the return, a ₹200 return handling/shipping charge may be applicable.

8. Refunds

Refunds are not provided as a general resolution.

Replacement will be the first priority for eligible defective, damaged, or missing-item claims.

A refund may be considered where a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, subject to verification and applicable law.

For cancellations or refused parcels after dispatch, applicable shipping/RTO charges may be deducted where permitted.

9. Unboxing & Proof

For defective, damaged, or missing-item claims, customers may be required to provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video.

Astrap Sales™ may use the parcel photo, packing video, courier information, and customer-provided evidence to verify a claim.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing the correct name, address, phone number, and other order information.

• Being available to receive the parcel.

• Checking the product according to the applicable return/replacement policy.

• Using the product according to the manufacturer's instructions.

• Providing accurate information when submitting a claim.

11. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

Astrap Sales™ reserves the right to investigate suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or repeated orders and claims.

We may cancel or restrict orders where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse of our services, subject to applicable law.

12. Pricing & Payment

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Astrap Sales™ reserves the right to correct pricing or payment errors and, where necessary, cancel an affected order and refund any amount actually paid for that order.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, brand names, text, graphics, images, designs, and other materials belonging to Astrap Sales™ may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, courier companies, analytics services, and other service providers.

Astrap Sales™ is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or technical issues caused by third-party services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

Astrap Sales™ will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, technical failures, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Astrap Sales™ may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Any updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
